CSA's are the first line contact with the client’s customers and Firstsource recognises the importance of each CSA delivering a high quality service to support the client’s brand and reflect the values of both our organisations. To deliver an exceptional, commercially focused and professional customer experience by responding to inbound technical support queries from customers. CSAs will form part of the Operational Team handling customer support queries.

Do you possess?

 Due to an exciting new development, Firstsource are keen to expand their Customer Service Division and are looking for a number of experienced Customer Support Agents to join their team in Cork.  Our dedicated team of Customer Support Agents are responsible for delivering an exceptional, commercially focused and professional customer experience by responding effectively and consistently to inbound customer queries from our Mobile and Landline customers.


We have full-time Permanent (40 hours/week) contracts available.  Applicants should be available to work 8am-12 midnight Monday-Sunday. What can Firstsource offer you?

A number of exciting IT contracts are currently available with Dublin’s leading multinational company.
You will be responsible for; Job In Ireland-IT Support
  • Providing first level IT Support to multiple clients supported out of Dublin service desk
  • Performing initial level of problem identification and attempts resolution
  • Taking ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
  • Ensure that correct resolutions are found and involve appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
  • Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support in the service desk knowledge base
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Remedy (incident tracking system), AIDU and of the service desk procedures and business environment

  • Professional skills: problem solving/troubleshooting, analytical, written and oral communication, administrative and organisational Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years Personal Computer experience including customer support or Help Desk 
    Vendor Certification
  • Experience with a problem management process an advantage
  • Fluent English and Swedish/Dutch/German/French/Italian/Hebrew
