We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for the consulting division to work at their headquarters in Rockledge Florida.​ Looking for someone who can build the consulting division and take it to the next level.​

- Must be result oriented and should be able to multitask
- Must be innovate in creating business plans
- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company's vision.​
- Marketing and branding through direct selling, networking, advertising presentations etc.​
- Should have atleast 8 plus years of experience in Business Development.​
-Would prefer someone who has strong contacts and who has experience in networking/​creating   leads.​
- Experience in developing new contacts and client relationships.​
- Negotiating and closing business opportunities
- Should be able to generate IT Staffing sales -Good B2B sales knowledge and experience
- Must be able to strategize to penetrate into new accounts and take the business to the next level, thus improving revenues.​
- Should have a strong sense of discipline and a positive attitude.​
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.​

IT JOB
Specialized knowledge and Skills:  

•Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person.​
•Detail oriented with a professional demeanor.​.​
•The ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal oriented sales environment with a strong sense of urgency.​
•Must be flexible and a team player/​ proven ability to work with people at all levels
•Basic computer skills to include Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint

Qualifications:

* Previous IT sales or recruiting experience a must
* Competitive, outgoing, success driven attitude and personality
* Self motivation
* Bachelor's degree
* Someone who wants to be a "difference maker" in their career and wants to fast track their ability to make money
