Our client, a market-leading international law firm, is seeking to recruit a stellar UK qualified corporate associate, ideally at the 2+ PQE level, to join its renowned office based in London.

You will join a pre-eminent corporate practice which successfully advises its prestigious client base of hedge funds, financial investors and investment institutions on a global basis. The successful candidate will have a broad remit and will be responsible for advising on complex, high-profile corporate transactions which range from M&A takeovers, corporate restructurings, private equity, distressed debt and funds matters. - Corporate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years demonstrable corporate experience, derived from a leading City or international law firm. An excellent academic record, first-rate inter-personal skills and specialist technical ability are further pre-requisites
