Specific Skills:
As
a Line Cook you will be required to learn the Red Robin style of food
preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and
cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups,
salads and other ingredients. A line cook must be fluent in all styles of food preparation.Prepare
and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook individual dishes and
foods, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions,
Work with minimal supervision, Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Work with specialized cooking
equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
Essential Skills:
· A strong Team Player
· A Good communicator
· Organized with a great attention to detail
· At least 18 years old
· Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards
